The Client was arrested by the Police and charged with one (1) count of Outrage of Modesty under Section 354 (1) of the Penal Code, Cap 224. The Client sought legal advice from another law firm and was advised to ‘give up’ as his case is a ‘lost cause’. The Client came to Asia Law Corporation to seek for a second opinion. We spent time to carefully analyse our Client’s case and the facts. We also studied carefully all the circumstances of the case. We realise that some important and relevant facts were sent to jail. We succeeded in arguing that our Client to receive a Mandatory Treatment Order. There was no jail sentence.
