Harry Sim graduated from National University of Singapore in 1990. He is admitted to practise as Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore since 1991.
In Singapore, as a Senior Lawyer practising for more than 31 years, Harry holds the double appointment as a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public of Republic of Singapore.
In Australia, Harry is also admitted as Barrister & Solicitor in the High Court of Australia, and appointed as Australia Commissioner for Affidavits.
