Our Clients were involved in Contract dispute. Our Clients’ claim was for unpaid invoices, back-charges and variation works. We successfully defended against these Debtor’s allegations, and to force the Debtor to pay up. In extreme cases, the Court will order a Bankruptcy Order against the Debtor.
