Harry Sim graduated from National University of Singapore in 1990. He is admitted to practise as Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore since 1991.

In Singapore, as a Senior Lawyer practising for more than 28 years, Harry holds the double appointment as a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public of Republic of Singapore.

In Australia, Harry is also admitted as Barrister & Solicitor in the High Court of Australia, and appointed as Australia Commissioner for Affidavits.

Harry specializes in these Areas of Law:-

  1. Property Law: Harry has acted as Lawyer for over 12,500 Property related cases.

  2. Litigation Disputes: He has advised clients in over 7500 cases involving Property, Contract, Inheritance, Deceased Estates matters. He is an effective communicator who can look at things as they are, assess both sides of the situation objectively, and then put clients in a stronger position.

  3. Property & Asset Protection: Harry is a trusted Adviser to Business Owners and Families to safeguard a lifetime of hard-earned wealth.

  4. Mental Capacity Law: Harry’s team successfully obtained Singapore’s 1st Mental Capacity Order in Court. Since then, Harry has successfully helped dozens of clients who lack mental capacity obtain the necessary Court Orders.

Harry heads the ELDERLAW Department.
